Jumping Stick Insect

Image November 30, 2014 Josh More

The jumping stick insect has evolved eyes on a large headstock, so they can watch you while they want and make sure that you’re not going to take away their leaf.

About

This site features my photography. Starting as a hobby to see as many species as I could before they went extinct, it's become more.

I've learned that many zoos are no longer cages of desperation, but have become triage centers combating extinction. They work tirelessly, at little to no pay, to save the world the rest of us are actively destroying.
