Vietnamese Long Nosed Snake (Rhynchophis boulengeri)

What slight aerodynamic advantage they gain from the their pointy noise is lost by their scales pointing the wrong way.

They’ll figure it out eventually.

About

This site features my photography. Starting as a hobby to see as many species as I could before they went extinct, it's become more.

I've learned that many zoos are no longer cages of desperation, but have become triage centers combating extinction. They work tirelessly, at little to no pay, to save the world the rest of us are actively destroying.
