In the 1960’s, there were 70,000 of these birds on the island of Guam.

Today, they are extinct and can only be seen in zoos.

This site features my photography. Starting as a hobby to see as many species as I could before they went extinct, it's become more.

I've learned that many zoos are no longer cages of desperation, but have become triage centers combating extinction. They work tirelessly, at little to no pay, to save the world the rest of us are actively destroying.
